With Operators reports, you can have a database of your operators. Moreover, it will give you the number of orders, together with reasons for cancellation, initiated and processed by an operator.

Below are the report values and their meanings:

A. dispatcher id

Unique identification number of an operator generated by the system.

B. name

Operator name.

C. email

Operator email.

D. phone

Operator phone number.

E. profile state

Operator profile status (active, invited, suspended, closed). Operator status is visible in the tab “Operators” of My Hub and can be updated by the owner who has access to My Hub. For example, a company owner may suspend an Active operator (status will change for Suspended) or delete his profile (such an operator will have the status "Closed" in the report).

F. total orders

The number of orders an operator initiated or processed during the reporting period.

Total orders = CANCELLED_BY_DISPATCHER + CANCELLED_BY_DRIVER + CANCELLED_NO_PASSENGER + CANCELLED_DECIDED_NOT_TO_GO + CANCELLED_NO_TAXI + CANCELLED_DRIVER_OFFLINE + CANCELLED_SEARCH_EXCEEDED + FINISHED_PAID + FINISHED_UNPAID (F = G + H + I + J + K + L + M + N + O)

G. CANCELLED_BY_DISPATCHER

The number of orders cancelled by an operator for the reporting period.

H. CANCELLED_BY_DRIVER

The number of orders cancelled by a driver for the reporting period.

I. CANCELLED_NO_PASSENGER

The number of orders that ended due to the fact that a customer didn't show up (a driver can choose this reason if a customer doesn't get to the pick-up location for more than 5 minutes). For such cases, a customer will be charged with a cancellation fee (https://support.onde.app/en/articles/1047477-booking-and-cancellation-fee-logic) if set.

J. CANCELLED_DECIDED_NOT_TO_GO

The number of orders cancelled if a customer decided not to go. For such cases, a customer will be charged with a cancellation fee (https://support.onde.app/en/articles/1047477-booking-and-cancellation-fee-logic) if set.

K. CANCELLED_NO_TAXI

The number of orders cancelled by customers when a driver is late for a pick up (when the driver is late for more than 3 minutes (of ETA) and the distance from driver to pick up/customer location is more than 200 meters). For such cases, a driver is charged with a cancellation fee (https://support.onde.app/en/articles/1047477-booking-and-cancellation-fee-logic) if set.

L. CANCELLED_DRIVER_OFFLINE

The number of orders that are cancelled due to the fact that a driver goes offline for more than 10 minutes.

M. CANCELLED_SEARCH_EXCEEDED

The number of orders that are cancelled due to the fact that 3 minutes after creation no driver accepted a trip.

N. CANCELLED_EXPIRED

Number of pre-orders cancelled because they were never started. Pre-orders with no assigned drivers are cancelled at the pick-up time. Orders with assigned drivers are cancelled 2 days after the pick-up time.

O. FINISHED_PAID

The number of orders that are finished with “Paid” status.

P. FINISHED_UNPAID

The number of orders that are finished with “Unpaid’ status.
