Each service has a unique image in our system. These are 3D images that are default for all platform users.
One may review the image behind the name of each service in My Hub (Services > ADD SERVICE > General settings > select a service) and in the Customer app within service selection screen.

All service types in our platform are grouped into 4 major domains:
Ride, Courier, Expert, Technician.
Consult the post Custom order of service types in the Customer app to check the Breakdown of service types into domains
In Web app the services are sorted in alphabetic order
Services grouping in Customer app
For better user experience and visualization on Customer app map all the services are aggregated into 11 groups. Each group is assigned a default image = vehicle icon. A driver’s vehicle on Customer app map is shown as a vehicle icon. This vehicle icon stands for the type of group the service pertains to.
In case services belong to the same group their vehicle icon on the map in Customer app is the same. For example, Classic and Economy services are both in the Economy cars group, which means that a customer will see identical vehicle icon on the map for both services.

If the services refer to different groups, their vehicle icons on the map in Customer app are different. For example, in case there are three services available: Bike Courier = Delivery group, Classic = Economy cars group, Rickshaw = Rickshaw group, they will be presented by different vehicle icons on the customer app map.

If drivers are allowed to accept jobs on several services, the icon of their default service is shown on Customer app map. For instance, if drivers from Business service are allowed to take jobs on Economy service, the icon of Business cars will be used for both services.

The table below presents the 11 vehicle groups and the services that each group includes:
Group | Icon | Services used for |
Economy cars | ![]() | Economy |
Business cars | ![]() | Airport transfer |
Vans | ![]() | Minivan |
Trucks | ![]() | Pickup truck |
Motorcycles | ![]() | Moto |

Boats | ![]() | Speed boat |
Helicopters | ![]() | Helicopter |

Rickshaw | ![]() | Rickshaw |

NB:
The map on the first screen of Customer app is static and can not be zoomed. It shows the drivers who are within a radius of one kilometer from the customer. The map may display at least 100 driver vehicle icons depending on a driver’s location and pick-up radius.
Drivers on the map in Driver app in case the visualization is allowed in Driver settings are shown as generic car icons without any reference to specific services.
