“Driver profile data export to CSV” gives an immediate access and allows to manage driver profile data outside panel. 

For example, downloading report with status “Active” you may export and handle the data of only Active drivers. 

“Export to CSV” allows to export :

a. all data of all/selected driver profiles

b. specific data of all/selected driver profiles

a. To export all data of selected driver profiles proceed with the steps below:

1. access tab “Drivers” in your company panel.

2. select the Status of driver profiles to export in the drop down list of driver Statuses.

3. tick checkbox “Name” in column names line to select all drivers in the status.

4. tap on “Export to CSV” icon.

5. open the downloaded CSV report to review driver profile data. The data can be exported to other formats to further management. Here you can learn How to open reports in CSV format in Excel. 

b. To export specific data of selected driver profiles proceed with the steps below:

1. access tab “Drivers” in your company panel.

2. tap on “Eye icon” (column chooser) to select which profile data should be included into report.

3. select the Status of driver profiles to export in the drop down list of driver Statuses.

4. tick the checkbox “Name” in column names line to select all drivers in the status.

5. tap on “Export to CSV” icon.

6. open the downloaded CSV report to review exported data. 

CSV reports with selected driver profile data may be used for various purposes. For example, exporting reports with driver balances allows to review driver account statuses to alert those drivers whose balance is running low.  Downloading a report with driver “Subscription plan” details gives an overview of all plans drivers are currently on. 

IMPORTANT!

“Payout details review” status is included into Active drivers.  To download a report with all profiles in“Payout details review” status:

1. select Status “All/Active”.

2. tick checkbox “Name” in Column names line to select all drivers in the status.

3. filter to display profiles in “Payout details review” status by applying a key work “payout” in “Search”.

4. tap on “Export to CSV” icon. 

Open the report to review which profiles have incomplete payout details. Report data can be used to connect with drivers who haven’t completed their payout documents.
