Message “Only third-party services” will appear in the app if a client of yours travels outside operational area of your company and there are other companies working on our platform in this area (article that describes Operational area is here). Some clients think that this interferes with business, while in reality:
your company DOES NOT miss on orders, as your Drivers can not provide service outside of your working radius.
your customer can get served wherever he/she travels which only enhances positive user experience.
If a customer opens your branded app and makes an order in the operational area of a third-party company, his app screen will show: "Only third-party services. We'll create an order with a third-party service".
