It is a great alternative to regular card top-up as one does not have to add any cards to in-app Wallet but rather use the balance of their MTN account. MTN is added on a Merchant level by a [Brand](https://support.onde.app/en/articles/5012764-brands.md) or a Merchant manager and activated for a company in My hub. MTN is integrated via Flocash payment gateway and works for **Uganda, Zambia, South Sudan, Rwanda, Ghana, Cameroon and Ivory Coast.** To enable MTN payment method on wallet top-ups a company should: 1. Have a merchant account with Flocash 2. Activate [Customer Wallet](https://support.onde.app/en/?q=customer+wallet) 3. Subscribe drivers to [driver plans](https://support.onde.app/en/articles/1047542-managing-driver-plans.md) To add MTN for Driver and Customer Wallet top-ups, proceed to the tab “Payment gateways” > select MTN in “For wallet top-up only” > tap PROCEED > choose Flocash from the drop down list of payment gateways, fill out all the keys and tap “SAVE” to finalise. ![](https://staticfiles.gleap.io/helpcenter/691718d37300b47544342994/20260212081623_8701.png) ![](https://staticfiles.gleap.io/helpcenter/691718d37300b47544342994/20260212081623_2499.png) Once that is done, proceed to My Hub > Company Settings > Payment gateways and enable Flocash for MTN. ![](https://staticfiles.gleap.io/helpcenter/691718d37300b47544342994/20260212081623_9972.png) All set! Now your customers and drivers are able to top their Wallets up with MTN as follows: 1. Access Wallet in Customer/Driver app 2. Select MTN 3. Fill in “MTN payer details” > Continue 4. Specify the top-up amount > Continue 5. Follow the steps on the next screen as per Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 instructions 6. Review payment status on the final screen and check the copy of the invoice sent to the email you specified at top-up Here is a sample of Wallet top-up flow with MTN via Customer app. ![](https://staticfiles.gleap.io/helpcenter/691718d37300b47544342994/20260212081623_4024.png) ![](https://staticfiles.gleap.io/helpcenter/691718d37300b47544342994/20260212081623_4896.png) **If the payment with MTN is successful the transaction will be shown in Wallet transaction history of one’s Customer or Driver app.** **One can check all** [**customer Wallet top-ups and other transactions**](https://support.onde.app/en/articles/8463693-how-to-check-customer-wallet-transactions-and-manage-balance.md) **in My hub.** **One can track all driver Wallet top-ups with mobile money in** [**Drivers transactions report guide**](https://support.onde.app/en/articles/6563993-drivers-transactions-report-guide.md) **and a driver’s profile “Transactions” in My Hub.** In case the payment fails a relevant message will appear of the app screen. ![](https://staticfiles.gleap.io/helpcenter/691718d37300b47544342994/20260212081622_3259.png) User's MTN details are stored in the app and can be used for further wallet top-ups with MTN. Alternatively, one can always update MTN details used for previous payments with new ones. If [Customer Wallet top-up limit](https://support.onde.app/en/articles/6912192-customer-wallet-top-up-limit.md) is set, one will not be able to affect a top-up that exceeds the limit. **If “**[**Transaction fee**](https://support.onde.app/en/articles/4168090-customer-credit-card-transaction-fee.md)**” is added in Flocash for “For wallet top-up” it will apply for each customer Wallet top-up with MTN.** **Transaction fee does not apply for driver Wallet top-up. To avoid transaction fees on small top-ups one may want to set a higher** [**Minimum payment amount**](https://support.onde.app/en/articles/6560629-minimum-payment-amount.md)**.** 3DS is not supported for wallet top-up with “mobile money” payment methods. **IMPORTANT** One may choose to have separate merchant accounts for 1 company: 1. One - for regular card payments/direct customer Wallet/driver Wallet top-ups with cards. 2. Another one - for wallet top-up with MTN payments.
