Phone number and  email are unique passenger profile identifiers in Onde platform. Thus, one has to use a unique phone number and email to register a passenger's profile. This is in full compliance with client data confidentiality.

 If a passenger wants to update their profile email or phone number this can be done from their account > tab ”Profile”

A passenger can only use a phone number and/or email that are not linked to any other passenger profiles 

If an email is linked to another profile the passenger will get a notification: “Selected email is already linked to another account”.

 

If the phone number is linked to another profile the notification will say: “Entered phone number is already linked to another account”.
