Phone number and email are unique customer profile identifiers in our platform. Thus, one has to use a unique phone number and email to register a customer's profile. This is in full compliance with client data confidentiality.
If a customer wants to update their profile email or phone number this can be done from their account > ”Profile” section.
A customer can only use a phone number and/or email that are not linked to any other customer profiles.
If an email is linked to another account, the customer will be offered to merge 2 accounts into one single account:
