SOS button in driver and customer apps is aimed at enhancing safety for both parties.

System allows to link 2 emergency numbers to a customer and driver SOS button:

1. from customer/driver profile

2. from My Hub

Both numbers are optional to set.


Company emergency phone number

To set an emergency number from My Hub:

1. proceed to tab Company settings

2. register the required number in the field “Company emergency phone number” 

3. press “Save”. 

If in case of emergency a customer selects company emergency number the call will immediately be forwarded to the number. Upon agreement with local officials this can be local police number or else.

The option to call company emergency phone number is available upon tapping on SOS button :

a) for customers - from the moment the order has been accepted by a driver till the end of the trip. This is to secure customer safety on the trip.

b) for drivers - on accessing the profile. This is to ensure that a driver can quickly submit an emergency call to the company at any time.


Customer emergency number:

To register an emergency phone number:

1. go to side menu of Customer app

2. select “Profile”

3. fill in “Emergency contact number”

4. press “OK”

The number should be introduced in international format with a proper country code. Once a customer sets his own profile emergency number it will be available at any time upon click on SOS button located on the main screen of the app.


Driver emergency phone number:

To register an emergency phone number:

1.  tap on driver image in driver app.

1. select "Personal information"

2. fill in Emergency contact number

3. press “Save”

The number should be introduced in international format with a proper country code. Driver emergency number (if registered) is available at any time upon click on SOS button located on the main screen of the app.
