Sometimes an operator needs to cancel a trip from operator app.

The logic is different depending on the order source (customer app/web desk/operator app) and order state (accepted, on a ride etc).

To cancel an order originated in operator app:

1.Press "Edit order".

2. Press "Cancel order" in the left bottom corner of the app:

To cancel an order originated in customer app/web desk:

1. Choose "Assign to me".

2. Press "Edit order".

3. Press "Cancel order" in the left bottom corner of the app:

NOTE:

Operator will only see "Cancel order" button for customer app/web desk orders once a driver swipes to "Start a ride".
