Sometimes an operator needs to cancel a trip from the operator app.
The logic is different depending on the order source (passenger app/web desk/operator app) and order state (accepted, on a ride etc).
To cancel an order originated in operator app:
2. Press "Cancel order" in the left bottom corner of the operator app
To cancel an order originated in passenger app/web desk:
1. Choose "Assign to me".
2. Press "Manage".
3. Press "Cancel order" in the left bottom corner of the app
Operator will only see "Cancel order" button for passenger app/web desk orders once a driver swipes to "Start a ride".
