Sometimes an operator needs to cancel a trip from dispatch panel.
The logic is different depending on the order source (passenger app/web desk/dispatch panel) and order state (accepted, on a ride etc).
To cancel an order originated in dispatch panel:
1.Press "Edit order".
2. Press "Cancel order" in the left bottom corner of the panel
To cancel an order originated in passenger app/web desk:
1. Choose "Assign to me".
2. Press "Edit order".
3. Press "Cancel order" in the left bottom corner of the panel
Operator will only see "Cancel order" button for passenger app/web desk orders once a driver swipes to " Start a ride".
