You can import a list of drivers directly from My Hub.
It is convenient when your company is starting to work with us or due to any reason you need to move your activity to another My Hub.
To proceed with the import of the drivers, go to the Drivers >>> Drivers Management >>> tap on the arrow near "Add driver" button >>> IMPORT DRIVERS.
You can upload the list of drivers to the system. Mind that the upload is allowed for files in CSV format. Thus, the original spread sheet has to be formatted.
The original spread sheet can be imported with a minimum of phone number column list.
NB: make sure that all the phone numbers have a "+" sign in front of each number, otherwise the system will not recognize the numbers and will not import them.
Once the CSV file is added you have to specify the number of the column with phone numbers. Moreover, it is possible to subscribe all the drivers on the list to a particular plan.
Our system will send invitations to the imported drivers to download Driver App and sign up. The added drivers will appear as “Invited”. Now you can add all the necessary information about vehicles, change subscriptions, monitor information about transactions and manage your drivers the way you need.
NB: if the imported list contains the numbers that are already registered in your company, the system will throw an error "Entered phone number is already linked to another account". All the remaining numbers will still be imported.
In the end you will see the message with the number of successfully invited drivers.
