There is an option to enable auto-sending SMS with links to your app right from the Dispatch panel. Not only it improves clients’ experience but helps to convert them into your passenger app users. SMS is sent in the language of your company panel and has the following data:


Car color, car make, plate number, order status, link to your branded app.

For immediate bookings there are 2 SMS (1 - with driver details, 2 - when driver arrived). Below you can find examples of the messages:

  • Black Mercedes E, LR65YWT, arriving in 22 min. Book via PickmeApp app http://apl.bz/w@
  • Black Mercedes E, LR65YWT, has arrived. Book via PickmeApp app http://apl.bz/w@

For scheduled (future) bookings there are 3 SMS, (1 - with taxi details, 2 - when driver starts the ride, 3 - when driver arrived).
