If you want to block the passengers, please send an email to support@onde.app with the following information:

  1. Passenger's phone number or customer ID;
  2. Reason of blocking.

As we are using two parameters while blocking users (phone number and email), we would recommend you to always send us user's phone number and email if it is linked to the profile. It will help us to ensure that user is 100 % blocked.
