If you want to block a customer, please send an email to [email protected] (for Lolo: [email protected]) with the following information:

1. Customer's phone number

2. Reason for blocking.

IMPORTANT:

All numbers should be submitted in the following format:

• without "+"

• with a country code

• with NO spaces between the digits
